I made an appointment for an eye exam and was seen the same day. The facilities and equipment were very nice and new. I noticed that they were sanitizing the equipment after each use and reduced risk by limiting the number of people in the office at one time. I would highly recommend this office.

Extremely friendly staff. Every step of the exam was explained. Dr. Tsao was friendly and reviewed all findings. I only needed reading glasses and were not pushy trying to sell me any. I was able to walk, but they do validate garage parking which is great for Midtown. Highly recommend.

Probably one of my best experiences at an optometry office! Dr. Tsao is incredibly knowledgeable and provided thoughtful and helpful answers to my questions.
