Nice facility with a friendly front desk. They use the latest technology machines as well. The prices on frame and everything are very high and I didn't like that they present you with costs through your insurance starting with progressive lens (vs single frame) and you have to ask if there are cheaper lenses options. Nothing has price tags. I understand this is common in industry but something to be aware of. I went in with insurance and spent more than I planned to on the exam and so forth.

I absolutely love Dr Tsao and his entire staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful…and yes, very knowledgeable and professional. Dr Tsao explains everything to me - what he sees on my scans, how it compares to previous visits, what recommendations he has for improving my vision… I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive!

Everyone at Eye Theory has been so helpful and thorough. I recently broke my glasses and was able to quickly make an appointment and get in same day. Dr. Tsao is very knowledgeable and is great at answering any questions I have. I feel like they have been very transparent in regards to procedure and pricing. It was quick and efficient without making me feel rushed. They made finding new frames fast and easy. Felt very comfortable here. Would recommend.
