I went to the EyeTheory location on Main Street. The parking is very easy and they validate. These folks are very organized and efficient, and they give very clear explanations of every step of the process. They have sophisticated equipment to analyze eye health and vision. It’s impressive. Perhaps the best aspect of this practice is Dr Tsao. He’s knowledgeable and communicates so well. His procedure for arriving at my new glasses Rx was comprehensive and I think he really nailed it. I haven’t gotten my glasses yet, but I’m expecting they will be really good. Very highly recommend Eye Theory!

In Houston for temporary work placement for the quarter and had an irritant of some sort get in my eye from a windy day. Eye Theory was able to get me in for an appointment the next day, the staff was friendly and helpful and the location is lovely. Everything was quick and efficient; would highly recommend!

This clinic has provided one of best services I have seen in 10 years that I have been in this city.They spend enough time with the patient and if you have any questions they will fully answer it they are not going to rush it like the other clinics I have seen, the machines are new and up to date which means the patient diagnosis is their primary focus, the service is amazing, the place is clean and mostly importantly to me. They care about the small details, I know now that I have found my eye doctor.

It has been the most pleasant experience in my last 10 years of going to different eye doctors. I have never had a doctor who spends so much time with the patient. In my past experiences, tech would do the work, and doc would come in for a brief time to check his/her work. Doctor Karbashchi spent a lot of time with me and patiently explained everything in details. Technology they use is amazing, and it is really the first time after 10 years I got glasses which I can absolutely clearly see when I wear it. Other doctors kept telling me, just use your glasses and you get used to it. I never got used to those glasses, and I had to quit using the glasses they gave me all together after spending all that money on them. I am so happy to have met Dr. Karbaschi, and although it is kind of far from where I live, but I happily make the trip to see him again. Overall great doctor, and I strongly recommend him.
