I found Eye Theory in Midtown when my daughter needed an eye exam. Dr. Tsao is kid friendly, which is great because we had a bad experience the first time she went to an eye doctor. They have state of the art technology, and didn't push additional services or products. Their rooms were modern and clean. I didn't see many children's frames, but they did have a nice selection of adult frames, including designer frames. We parked in the parking garage and they validated our parking before we left. All in all, pleasant and efficient experience!

At the midtown location, I initially that the staff wanted to help, but it was all about money, I have diabetes yet they didn't want to address that issue, while still charging me over $1000 out of pocket. Before going there check out other alternatives then them, you'll save yourself a lot money and heartache.

Dr. Karbaschi is truly the best in town! I was seen right on time, with no waiting at all. His office is spotless, and he uses the latest equipment for eye exams, which made the whole experience seamless and efficient. Highly recommend! Thank you Dr. Karbaschi!
