Color blindness is a condition often misunderstood as a condition in which an individual is unable to see any colors—as if the world consists of only shades of black and white. On the contrary, color blindness is a very complex condition entailing a variety of color...I had a fantastic experience at Eye Med Optometry today. When I called to ask about my insurance, Dr. Amir was incredibly helpful and informative, answering my questions in such a polite manner that I felt comfortable immediately. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. Dr. Amir introduced himself, shook my hand, and then examined my vision. He did an excellent job explaining my test results clearly. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend Eye Theory - West University.
No one recommended Eye Theory to us. It just happened that my husband needs check up asap and they are one of the few that are open on weekends. Looking at the reviews which I usually check before booking a schedule, they were rated 5 star. I am not surprised why. Just booking thru the phone, Sahar was so patient, friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is so clean and luxurious.. My husband told me that he was amazed by how thorough Dr. Amir was when he examined him. I experienced it myself too just few days ago. Dr. Amir was one of the Doctors whom you can see that he loves what he is doing. He checked and explained very well. He is so thorough with his exam and doesn’t rush things just to get things done. He makes sure that all your queries were addressed. Their location is a little bit far from our house but I don’t mind going back here when I need an eye check up. If I could rate them a 10 star I would. Highly recommended.
I visited this optometrist over a year ago, and ever since I have been inundated with promotional texts and emails. No matter how many times I've unsubscribed or begged them to stop, the messages just keep coming. Occasionally, there's a brief pause, and I think they've finally heard me—but then it all starts up again. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like they don't respect their patients' wishes. I gave them my personal information assuming that they would use and store it responsibly, but it is clearly not the case. I dread to think what has become of the more sensitive information I gave them.
