It’s a nice and clean office. Dr. Tsao was pleasant and very thorough. I got cute frames there! Jordan was very helpful with the entire glasses process. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have any issues. Thanks again for all the help!

I was very pleased with Dr Amir and his service at the West U location. Prior to my visit to Eye Theory I had been a long-term patient of a clinic in Bellaire - but when they told me I had to wait 2 months for an appointment I decided that was an insult to a long-term customer! Based on the *superior service* I received at Eye Theory, I won't be going back to the old place.

My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Eye Theory West University. The clinic exudes a welcoming, clean, and cozy vibe. Dr. Amir and Sahar were outstanding—friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Despite our insurance being out of network, Dr. Amir handled it with ease and excellent customer service. Our comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations were conducted with utmost care and professionalism. Dr. Amir’s attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions made us feel well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend Eye Theory West University for anyone in need of thorough and considerate eye care. Their team goes above and beyond, setting a high standard for patient support.

I was comfortable, relaxed, and actually having a good time from the minute I walked in the door. I’ll know more about the quality when my hot new glasses are delivered, but the exam was thorough and well-explained and they took a lot of time and care helping me select frames. So as of now, it’s 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a perfect 10/10 from the Swedish judge. 😂
