I’ve been going to eye theory for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences there! I’ve seen them for glasses, contacts, and chronic eye problems and they’re always really helpful, flexible, and the staff are all very friendly and supportive :)

Pretty, clean, and nice refreshments on offer. Staff was kind to my children and guided us through our exams professionally. All of our questions/concerns were addressed sincerely and we were grateful for the honest help selecting frames.

I visited this optometrist over a year ago, and ever since I have been inundated with promotional texts and emails. No matter how many times I've unsubscribed or begged them to stop, the messages just keep coming. Occasionally, there's a brief pause, and I think they've finally heard me—but then it all starts up again. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like they don't respect their patients' wishes. I gave them my personal information assuming that they would use and store it responsibly, but it is clearly not the case. I dread to think what has become of the more sensitive information I gave them.

The entire staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff member who helped me pick out my frames was very understanding and patient and even showed me a number of frames online that were more aligned to what I was looking for. 10/10
