Thorough Doctor and great staff. Doctor helped me above and beyond with some dizziness I’ve experienced. Staff helped me go through many frames to find the perfect fit. They were great getting a fast appointment, checking insurance and responses to my questions.

Able to get appointment quickly / open on Saturday / friendly staff and doctor / nice selection of frames - this place is great!

My mom came here with eye discomfort and had a medical eye exam with Dr. Tsao. She informed me of her pleasant experience and said that he is very thorough and knowledgeable! She also mentioned he took his time and really cares about his patients!

I had a fantastic experience at Eye Med Optometry today. When I called to ask about my insurance, Dr. Amir was incredibly helpful and informative, answering my questions in such a polite manner that I felt comfortable immediately. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. Dr. Amir introduced himself, shook my hand, and then examined my vision. He did an excellent job explaining my test results clearly. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend Eye Theory - West University.

This doctor saved my vision! He caught an issue on my exam and correctly referred me to an ophthalmologist. I ended up requiring preventive laser surgery to avoid a retinal detachment. He was the first doctor to notice the issue! Highly recommend him!

Arguably the best eye exam experience I've ever had in my life. Cordial assistants and Dr. Tsao had me in and out in under 40 minutes - with a same-day appointment! Excellent use of technology from their electronic, tablet-based intake process to the video eye chart exam itself. A covered garage where they validate your free parking is an added bonus. I see why they have such a high rating. These are the folks to see!!
