This has been the very best experience I have ever received. Usually going to see an optomotrist gives me a lot of anxiety because it's scary to not being able to see and optomotrist were usually dismissive. With this place Dr. Tsao made me feel comfortable and excellent at explaining everything to me. The whole staff was so nice and professional.

After visiting 5 dry eyes specialists over a period of 18 months with no real improvement, I finally found Dr. Tsao. Don't be fooled by his youth - Dr. Tsao is very knowledgeable and resourceful and has the ability to explain complex topics/conditions with simple words so that you can understand what is happening and what the potential treatment avenues are. I went in with severe dry eyes after having tried many of the very expensive "cutting edge" treatments at different centers. Dr. Tsao laid out a plan of action with mostly natural treatments that would minimize side effects by the typical dry eye medications I was previously given (which never worked and irritated my eyes). Although my improvement took several months, Dr. Tsao continued to add pieces to my treatment, changing things up until we started to see the results which ultimately have led to a sustained comfort level, reduction in artificial tears, and a maintenance plan that makes sense. The location is great and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone suffering from dry eye disease. Please keep doing what you are doing!
