The office has a very comfortable, homey feeling and smells AMAZING!! I didn’t catch the name of the receptionist but she was so helpful and pleasant to talk to! Dr. Nancherla was very personable and thorough with the eye exam and with explaining the procedures as they were happening. I look forward to bringing my family here in the future!
I came in with some eye pain on a Saturday. Dr. Amir and Sahar were able to squeeze me in and were able to help with my pain. They also rushed ordered me a pair of glasses while my eye heals. They were so helpful and I definitely recommend Eye Theory West U to others. Great team!
I struggle with the optometrist because my cerebral palsy plays really inconsistently with my vision. The doctor was very patient and thorough. The staff were kind, quick and efficient and didn’t try to pressure me into buying new frames (I love my red frames) it’s a blink and you’ll miss it location but it was an overall great experience
