When I originally called they said they would get back to me the next day because they needed to contact billing. No answer, obviously. When I had the insurance company call, billing was surprisingly available right away and they began to process of my refund.
Staff is very professional and friendly. They clean and explain each step in the pre-screen process. The glaucoma test here is not done with rapid air to your eyeball which is a major relief. And the optometrist is thorough and does a great job of checking and explaining everything. If there are any issues they can handle them in-house and will guide you through the procedures with care.
I had a great experience at eye theory as a new patient. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor took the time to address my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. When choosing my frames I didn’t feel pressured into buying the most expensive pair, they were willing to work within my budget. I’ll be back and can’t recommend them enough.
