Professional and courteous!

I had a fantastic experience at Eye Med Optometry today. When I called to ask about my insurance, Dr. Amir was incredibly helpful and informative, answering my questions in such a polite manner that I felt comfortable immediately. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted. Dr. Amir introduced himself, shook my hand, and then examined my vision. He did an excellent job explaining my test results clearly. Overall, I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend Eye Theory - West University.

Dr Jonathan Tsao was amazing and super thorough, great ability to explain complex concepts in a digestible way. Not in a rush, calm and takes his time. 100% recommend. The staff was nice as well.

Very nice professional people here. Super attention to client detail and very modernized equipment to support that cause. Also a cozy comfortable space. Very happy with this place and it will be my new optometry home.

Had an excellent experience today. I travelled from pearland to seek an intelligent and professional optometrist and I found him. Fast, helpful, professional, cool glasses selection.

I visited this optometrist over a year ago, and ever since I have been inundated with promotional texts and emails. No matter how many times I've unsubscribed or begged them to stop, the messages just keep coming. Occasionally, there's a brief pause, and I think they've finally heard me—but then it all starts up again. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like they don't respect their patients' wishes. I gave them my personal information assuming that they would use and store it responsibly, but it is clearly not the case. I dread to think what has become of the more sensitive information I gave them.

Thank you Dr. K & Sahar for a wonderful, thorough optometry experience. They went above & beyond for both the exam & frames services. My husband & I are so glad we came in to see you, and will again next year. Highly recommend to anyone!

Sahar is so sweet and professional. She was so patient while I tried to find a pair of frames that fit me best. She was very personable and honest when helping me find a frame that fit my face shape the best. I ended up buying some beautiful Gucci frames and can't wait to wear them!
