Keratoconus is an eye condition that can affect your vision and cause glasses to no longer provide clear vision. Fortunately, there are several other treatment options available for keratoconus. What is Keratoconus? The cornea is the clear front portion of the eye...I had a vision exam with Dr. Karbaschi, and he was extremely thorough, patient, and compassionate. He took the time to explain every part of the process and every piece of imaging, which helped put me at ease. The space is welcoming, and they have top notch medical technology.
It has been the most pleasant experience in my last 10 years of going to different eye doctors. I have never had a doctor who spends so much time with the patient. In my past experiences, tech would do the work, and doc would come in for a brief time to check his/her work. Doctor Karbashchi spent a lot of time with me and patiently explained everything in details. Technology they use is amazing, and it is really the first time after 10 years I got glasses which I can absolutely clearly see when I wear it. Other doctors kept telling me, just use your glasses and you get used to it. I never got used to those glasses, and I had to quit using the glasses they gave me all together after spending all that money on them. I am so happy to have met Dr. Karbaschi, and although it is kind of far from where I live, but I happily make the trip to see him again. Overall great doctor, and I strongly recommend him.
