Dr. Karbaschi performed a thorough eye exam. He explained what each test does and what he was seeing. Th exam Began right on time, and he and his staff were friendly and professional.

I was comfortable, relaxed, and actually having a good time from the minute I walked in the door. I’ll know more about the quality when my hot new glasses are delivered, but the exam was thorough and well-explained and they took a lot of time and care helping me select frames. So as of now, it’s 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, and a perfect 10/10 from the Swedish judge. 😂

This has been the very best experience I have ever received. Usually going to see an optomotrist gives me a lot of anxiety because it's scary to not being able to see and optomotrist were usually dismissive. With this place Dr. Tsao made me feel comfortable and excellent at explaining everything to me. The whole staff was so nice and professional.

Dr. Amir and Sahar were outstanding—friendly and exceptionally accommodating. Despite our insurance being out of network, Dr. Amir handled it with ease and excellent customer service. Our comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations were conducted with utmost care and professionalism. Dr. Amir’s attention to detail and willingness to answer all our questions made us feel well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend Eye Theory West University for anyone in need of thorough and considerate eye care. Their team goes above and beyond, setting a high standard for patient support.

I had been a loyal customer of Eye Theory Midtown for quite some time, having previously received excellent service during my annual eye exams. However, this year, I had to cancel my appointment due to some unexpected changes in their billing practices. It seems that the optometrist has started adding copays and fees for certain procedures that are not covered by my insurance, which was quite different from my experience the previous year when I did not have to pay a copay. Specifically, I was charged $40 for a procedure to substitute dilation. While this may not be a substantial amount of money, it's more about the principle and the consistency in the service. Apart from this, Eye Theory Midtown does offer good service, and the professionals are knowledgeable and attentive. However, one aspect that needs improvement is the parking situation, which can be quite challenging at times. Additionally, it felt like the establishment was starting to nickel and dime their customers for every last cent. As a loyal customer who had purchased $300 glasses from them last year, I would have expected some sort of retention of customer loyalty. Regrettably, this didn't seem to be the case. I hope that they consider reevaluating their billing practices and possibly find a way to maintain a more consistent and customer-friendly approach to their services, as I had previously enjoyed a great experience at Eye Theory Midtown.
