Amazing customer service, polite, friendly and professional..Sahar the receptionist remembered my name after having been there just briefly with my husband. Dr Amir was an incredibly good listener, very patient and happy to answer all my questions. Very thorough, gentle, humble (despite his clear expertise!) and talked with me through the full eye exam process. The whole experience was stellar. Will not hesitate to return and HIGHLY recommend. Dr. Amir and Sahar are amazing! I scheduled my appointment first, and Sahar was great at communicating everything needed up until the time of my appointment. They were very welcoming and thorough with their examinations and explanations of everything. My wife scheduled her appointment a few weeks later and received the same treatment. The overall esthetic of the clinic was cozy, clean, and comforting. There was not a long wait time at either of our visits. We both definitely had amazing experiences, and we will continue to come to them as long as we are in Houston.
