Attending an eye exam for the first time, whether you are a child or an adult, may seem intimidating, but it is necessary to have comprehensive information about your vision and eye health. Depending on your vision plan and medical insurance, you may either call or go...Wouldn't refund me what they were supposed to until I had my insurance call them. When I originally called they said they would get back to me the next day because they needed to contact billing. No answer, obviously. When I had the insurance company call, billing was surprisingly available right away and they began to process of my refund.
Dr. Tsao is very nice and very thorough with his exams and explanations . I came looking for lasik/ PRK and was referred Dr. Salem at Eye Diagnostics whom he works very close with. They were both very attentive and available during my healing process. Now my vision is 20/20 at 2 weeks into healing and will only get better. I highly recommend to come here and see Dr. Tsao.
