Many people use soft contact lenses for their daily vision correction needs. Sometimes, however, these may not be enough to address your vision, eye health, or comfort needs with contact lenses. Other, more specialized options exist in such cases, and one of these...In the middle of a rain storm, Eye Theory welcomed me in and completed a full eye exam in record time. They were extremely insightful and educational about the exam . They had a great selection of eye wear and helped me choose the perfect frame for my face. Customer service 10/10 !
the doctor who saw me was so in a hurry that I wasn’t given a chance to raise my concerns, to think about hat he was late to see me to begin with. He kept on going out of the office during my consultation time. The only thing that was good is that their office looks clean and has a good ambiance.
I would highly recommend Eye Theory! I walked in after leaving Greater Houston Orthodontics next door. Dr. Amir was wonderful. He was extremely polite, patient, and thorough. I also appreciated his honesty in helping me try to select lenses. It's obvious he enjoys his work and cares about people.
Staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they really care about every patient as they take their time and answered all of my questions. They also had a large selection of glasses/sunglasses. That being said you must be aware of their scheme to pay thousands of dollars for laser treatment of “meibomian gland blockage”. The optometrist used scare tactics such as saying I will have permanent damage and long term consequences if I didn’t take care of this now. As a physician myself (who really pressed the guy at the time bc I was skeptical) I waited a few months to see an ophthalmologist (a physician who specializes in eye care). This week I finally had my appointment and the ophthalmologist said there are no issues with my glands and simply gave education on gland hygiene. She said she has had a few patients in the last months come to her concerned over this issue and then on exam their glands are fine. This saved me a few thousand dollars. Please do no fall for this money grabbing hoax.
No one recommended Eye Theory to us. It just happened that my husband needs check up asap and they are one of the few that are open on weekends. Looking at the reviews which I usually check before booking a schedule, they were rated 5 star. I am not surprised why. Just booking thru the phone, Sahar was so patient, friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is so clean and luxurious.. My husband told me that he was amazed by how thorough Dr. Amir was when he examined him. I experienced it myself too just few days ago. Dr. Amir was one of the Doctors whom you can see that he loves what he is doing. He checked and explained very well. He is so thorough with his exam and doesn’t rush things just to get things done. He makes sure that all your queries were addressed. Their location is a little bit far from our house but I don’t mind going back here when I need an eye check up. If I could rate them a 10 star I would. Highly recommended.
