Excellent service and experience. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, Dr Tsao gives a very thorough and accurate exam. Their offices are great and they have the most up to date tech and testing. Great selection of frames in Manaus styles and a very accurate fitting by the optician. Thoroughly enjoyed getting my glasses with them.

Dr. Tsao is good and thorough. Everyone here is very friendly and it's a relaxed atmosphere; very different from the typical doctor's office. They always keep up with the latest developments and technologies to provide a very comprehensive eye examination.

I throughly enjoyed my experience at Eye Theory - Midtown this morning. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, the music was, and the whole office space was such a vibe. I was out in & out for a contacts within 30-40 minutes. Looking forward to returning!

After visiting 5 dry eyes specialists over a period of 18 months with no real improvement, I finally found Dr. Tsao. Don't be fooled by his youth - Dr. Tsao is very knowledgeable and resourceful and has the ability to explain complex topics/conditions with simple words so that you can understand what is happening and what the potential treatment avenues are. I went in with severe dry eyes after having tried many of the very expensive "cutting edge" treatments at different centers. Dr. Tsao laid out a plan of action with mostly natural treatments that would minimize side effects by the typical dry eye medications I was previously given (which never worked and irritated my eyes). Although my improvement took several months, Dr. Tsao continued to add pieces to my treatment, changing things up until we started to see the results which ultimately have led to a sustained comfort level, reduction in artificial tears, and a maintenance plan that makes sense. The location is great and his staff is very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended to anyone suffering from dry eye disease. Please keep doing what you are doing!
