Dr. Karbaschi is very friendly and took his time to explain the exam. I appreciate the professionalism and superior customer service. This place is awesome with a nice selection of frames to choose from. I have been recommended this place by friends and I highly recommend it.

Very friendly place and doctor takes time to explain everything. I'm really happy I found this place in a time of great need. They saw me the same day without any hesitation. I will be going again for my eye exams. Dr. Amir and Sahar are amazing people.

Great experience from the time I made the first call. Sahar was so helpful and patient with me - as I was sending her the incorrect information on my insurance. She was so polite and quick to respond on messages. She made my appointment at the time that suited me. Dr Amir gave a very thorough eye exam and was also very patient explaining step by step what he was checking. I took a while to choose a frame and again Sahar was super patient. Excellent service and the best experience ever getting an eye exam and glasses.

Dr. Amir and Sahar are amazing! I scheduled my appointment first, and Sahar was great at communicating everything needed up until the time of my appointment. They were very welcoming and thorough with their examinations and explanations of everything. My wife scheduled her appointment a few weeks later and received the same treatment. The overall esthetic of the clinic was cozy, clean, and comforting. There was not a long wait time at either of our visits. We both definitely had amazing experiences, and we will continue to come to them as long as we are in Houston.

I have never had a better experience with an optometrist. Dr. Karbaschi is knowledgable, thorough, extremely kind, and professional. He genuinely cares about his patients and I couldn't recommend him enough!
