10 out of 10, I was told I need glasses, this was a shock to me, I've always had 2020|2025 vision since the army, that was 8 years ago, I'm 30+, moved to Texas and while exchanging my CA drivers license I failed the "vision test", I immediately left and found the closest Optometrist to my home and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt a genuine sense of relief. The team was so nice, cordial, conversative, and attentive. I would go back just for the atmosphere and conversation. Yes, the prices are high, but the technology and deals are so good, I'll be setting them up as my primary vision services provider (VSP) for my Delta Vision benefits. Sometimes life presents people worth your time, and 90% of the time, it's for the better every time. I'm very happy with the professionalism and courtesy of the team. 10 out of 10, unbeatable =)

Had a great experience! People here were extremely helpful and nice. My glasses frame was broken and I urgently needed to fix it. That’s when we came here and got them fixed instantly! The place was aesthetically pleasing and I must say I totally recommend going here.

Dr. Pillai and his staff are such a great team! Wonderful, punctual service where they take the time to address your concerns and do thorough examinations. I had them treat me for dry eye and I had substantial improvement after a few sessions. Also a very convenient location for anyone working downtown. Highly recommend!

This doctor saved my vision! He caught an issue on my exam and correctly referred me to an ophthalmologist. I ended up requiring preventive laser surgery to avoid a retinal detachment. He was the first doctor to notice the issue! Highly recommend him!

I found Eye Theory in Midtown when my daughter needed an eye exam. Dr. Tsao is kid friendly, which is great because we had a bad experience the first time she went to an eye doctor. They have state of the art technology, and didn't push additional services or products. Their rooms were modern and clean. I didn't see many children's frames, but they did have a nice selection of adult frames, including designer frames. We parked in the parking garage and they validated our parking before we left. All in all, pleasant and efficient experience!

Very efficient, I arrived half an hour early and they saw me almost immediatley. Kind and patient staff. Happy to support a queer owned & operated optometrist!

At the midtown location, I initially that the staff wanted to help, but it was all about money, I have diabetes yet they didn't want to address that issue, while still charging me over $1000 out of pocket. Before going there check out other alternatives then them, you'll save yourself a lot money and heartache.
