I had a great experience at eye theory as a new patient. I was in and out within an hour. The doctor took the time to address my concerns and I didn’t feel rushed. When choosing my frames I didn’t feel pressured into buying the most expensive pair, they were willing to work within my budget. I’ll be back and can’t recommend them enough.

It was very comfortable, easy to talk with, explain everything easy.

In the middle of a rain storm, Eye Theory welcomed me in and completed a full eye exam in record time. They were extremely insightful and educational about the exam . They had a great selection of eye wear and helped me choose the perfect frame for my face. Customer service 10/10 !

I’ve been going to eye theory for over a year now and have had nothing but great experiences there! I’ve seen them for glasses, contacts, and chronic eye problems and they’re always really helpful, flexible, and the staff are all very friendly and supportive :)

Everything about Eye Theiry Midtown is fantastic! The staff and optometrists are the best. And where else can you get the delicious chocolates they have for you in the waiting area.
